Determination and Rights of Members:
The incorporation shall have only one class of members. No member shall hold more than one membership in the incorporation. Except as expressly provided in or authorized by the articles of incorporation, the bylaws of this incorporation, or provisions of law, all memberships shall have the same rights, privileges, restrictions, and conditions.
Qualifications of Members:
The qualifications for membership in this incorporation are as follows:
Have an interest in ending the stigma associated with mental illness. Be willing to learn new skills in the areas of sustainability, tiny houses, bee keeping and other issues pertaining to these causes.
Admission of Members:
Applicants shall be admitted to membership as determined by any director of officer of the organization.
Section 4. Fees and Dues
(a) The following fee shall be charged for making application for membership in the corporation: $5.00.
(b) The annual dues payable to the corporation by members shall be $60.00. annually.
Section 5. Number of Members
There is no limit on the number of members the incorporation may admit.
Membership Book:
The incorporation shall keep a membership book containing the name and address of each member. Termination of the membership of any member shall be recorded in the book, together with the date of termination of such membership. Such book shall be kept at the incorporation’s principal office.
Non liability of Members:
A member of this incorporation is not, as such, personally liable for the debts, liabilities, or obligations of the incorporation.
Non transferability of Memberships:
No member may transfer a membership or any right arising therefrom. All rights of membership cease upon the member’s death.

Membership is for everyone! As a member you will have opportunities for learning new skill's and ideas, you will have access to tend and harvest the community garden, you will guide the direction of the organization towards meaningful growth and further development.
